DV FLEX provides a high speed broadband data solution capable of symmetrical download and upload speeds of
up to 2Mbps (subject to distance limitations and options purchased) with up to 15 phone lines.
DV Flex was designed with reliability in mind. Its services are provided over two broadband circuits, ensuring services are only
partially affected in the event of a single circuit or power failure - a reliability not available even in more expensive access services,
including T1s.
DV Flex is provided over the latest state-of-the-art technology platform. We deploy Quality of Service over our network to ensure that voice calls
are always the priority.
Voice services are provided over a dedicate access network - not over the Internet - and are uncompressed for best voice quality. Since voice calls
are transported over a dedicated network and not over the Internet, calls are safe from potential tampering. Additionally, calls are not subject to the
impairment normally associated with simultaneous data transmission, allowing all lines to be used for voice, fax, or data transmission.
Datavo maintains a dedicated network connecting to 911 centers in all geographical locations in which it provides services. As a
result, customers have access to 911 services at all times.
