DV FLEX PLUS is a high speed broadband data solution with symmetrical download and upload speed of up to 1.54 Mbps
(subject to the number of voice calls in progress), along with up to 15 phone lines.
DV Flex Plus has been designed with reliability in mind. Its services are provided over time-tested, reliable T1's.
Our T1 is conditioned to allow our DV Flex Plus service to be provided with performance that is not subject to distance limitations or
impairment.
Our voice services are provided over a dedicated access network - not over the Internet - and are uncompressed for best voice quality
(Mean Opinion Score of 4.5 out of a maximum of 5). Since voice calls are transported over a dedicated network and not over the Internet, they are
safe from potential tampering. Additionally, calls are not subject to the impairment normally associated with simultaneous data transmission, all lines
can be used for voice, fax, or data transmission.
Datavo maintains a dedicated network connecting to 911 centers in all geographical locations in which it provides services. As a
result, customers have access to 911 services at all times.
